David Hallahan has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Wrekin Construction and working their way up to Commercial Director at Chasetown Civil Engineering Limited. David has held various key positions such as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure and Area Commercial Surveyor at Thomas Vale Construction. David holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central England.
