Lisa Norris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they served as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin, where they developed and executed the organization's strategic direction and fundraising efforts. From 2010 to 2013, Lisa worked at Tosca Ltd, focusing on new business development and sales of supply chain solutions. Lisa then moved on to EZR Logistics from 2014 to 2017, where they specialized in new business development and sales of supply chain solutions and reusable asset management. In 2017, Lisa joined PrincePerelson and Associates as the VP of Recruiting for Manufacturing, responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director at Chasm Partners, a retained executive search firm and talent development organization in the healthcare industry.
Lisa Norris completed their GED at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School from 1994 to 1998. Lisa then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University from 1999 to 2002.
