Leigh Dollard-Robertson is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Chateau Marmont since 2023. Previously held roles include Maitre d’ and Sommelier, Owner of Montana General, and Founder and President of the Board for Philipsburg Food Share, a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable fresh produce to rural communities.
