Patricia Anne Liwanag-Naungayan

Pat Liwanag-Naungayan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, financial advisory, and conversation design. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ChatGenie.PH since April 2022, Pat previously held positions as a Licensed Financial Advisor at Sun Life and as a Conversation Designer at Aiah. Notably, during a tenure at New Kinpo Group from August 2017 to December 2020, Pat led a team in designing conversations for AI applications and contributed to significant AI projects, including the first humanoid robot launch in the Philippines. Education includes a degree from De La Salle Lipa and a Professional Diploma in Project Management from Shaw Academy.
