Lindubuhle Mkhize

Lindubuhle Mkhize is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Lead Line Cook at Chatham Bars Inn since March 2020, specializing in the sauté station at the Beach House Grill. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Zizio Foods and Intern Chef at Chatham Bars Inn, where responsibilities included working across various kitchen stations and participating in clam bakes. Mkhize has also gained valuable experience as a Commis Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, focusing on pantry and breakfast stations, as well as assisting in banquets.
