David Lubin

David Lubin is currently the Michael Klein Senior Research Fellow at Chatham House since January 2018. Prior to that, David held the position of Managing Director, Head of Emerging Markets Economics at Citi from September 2006 to October 2023. With a background as an Economist at HSBC from 1989 to 2006, David Lubin brings a wealth of experience in the field of global economy and finance. David obtained their education from the University of Oxford (1982 - 1985) and The Fletcher School at Tufts University (1985 - 1987).
