Aaron Hall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, journalism, and media management. As a Council Member for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since December 2018, Aaron influences strategic decision-making for a $339-million budget while fostering relationships with constituents and collaborating with staff to realize a community vision. Prior to this role, Aaron served as General Manager for Sydenham Current, launching an online newspaper in 2014 and producing various content forms. Aaron's earlier career includes founding SWOMP, a music-focused website, and holding positions as News Director at 99.1 CKXS FM and Managing Editor at Chatham-Kent Daily Post, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Brock University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Fanshawe College.
