Marianne Fenton

Marianne Fenton has extensive experience in human resources and educational roles, currently serving as the Manager of HR Strategy and Workplace Culture at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since 1994, where previous positions also included Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development and Manager of Learning & Organizational Development. Prior to this, Marianne was a teacher at the Lambton Kent District School Board from 1995 to 2005. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, complemented by additional education at Western University.
