The board of directors at Chatsworth International School has a long history of experience in the education industry. They have worked as educators and coordinators at various schools, including Sekolah Ciputra, Greytown Kindergarten, and Cebu International School. In addition, they have also held positions as Head of Department for English at Qurum Private School. Their educational backgrounds are in Education from Victoria University of Wellington and Massey University, and English and Geography from the University of Cape Town.
