Emily (Pierce) Horstman has a diverse work experience in the customer success and nutrition industries. Emily is currently the Director of Customer Success at ChatterBoss since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OnPoint Nutrition for over five years, starting as a Lead Dietitian in December 2016 and later transitioning to the role of Vice President of Operations in April 2021. Their tenure at OnPoint Nutrition ended in May 2023.

Emily (Pierce) Horstman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Emily attended the university from 2009 to 2013 and also pursued a minor in Sociology during their time there.
