Ian Black

Ian Black has extensive experience in finance operations and management, currently serving as Head of Finance Operations at Chaucer Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ian was a Finance Project Manager at Argenta Holdings Limited for a brief period in early 2022. From December 2015 to March 2022, Ian held multiple positions within Tokio Marine HCC - International Group, including Finance Business Operating Model SME and Head of International Finance Operations. Ian's earlier roles include Financial Controller at ProSight Specialty Insurance and various managerial positions at Chaucer Syndicates Ltd, Tawa UK Ltd, XL Capital, and CNA Reinsurance Company Ltd, where Ian honed expertise in finance reporting, consolidations, and syndicate finance management.
