Paula Guidicelli

Paula Guidicelli has extensive experience in inventory management and distribution planning within the luxury goods sector. Currently serving as the Responsable Gestion des Stocks et des Achats at ROLEX since April 2018, Paula has played a key role in facilitating the merger of departments, supporting the commercial team with new initiatives, and producing valuable sales and stock analyses. Previously, at CHAUMET since June 2005, Paula held roles such as Distribution Planner for Europe & Middle East, where responsibilities included defining stock models, optimizing deliveries, and consolidating regional allocations. Paula also contributed as a Sales Representative for the Middle East, managing customer services and coordinating sales activities. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Mittal Steel from January 1999 to September 2002. Paula holds a Master's degree in Gestion des Entreprises et Exportations from University Paris XII.
