Zachary Agett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zachary began their career in 2005 as a Maintenance Worker at Chautauqua Golf Club and worked there until 2012. In 2009, they joined Falconer Central School District as a Substitute Teacher and later became an Assistant Football Coach. Zachary also worked at Chautauqua Works as an Intern for the Chautauqua Advancement Project in 2013. Zachary then served as an Assistant Teacher at Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center before joining Southwestern Central School District as a Substitute Teacher and Assistant Football Coach. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Cassadaga Job Corps Academy in various roles, including Career Transition Specialist and Residential Advisor. In 2017, they joined Jamestown Renaissance Corporation as a Marketing and Events Manager and worked there until 2020. Currently, Zachary Agett holds the position of Director of Development at Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, where they started in 2020. Zachary was later promoted to the role of VP of Community Engagement in November 2021.
Zachary Agett completed their Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Education from Washington & Jefferson College from 2005 to 2009. Zachary then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Intelligence from Capella University from 2015 to 2017.

Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care
We are the only Medicare-certified hospice provider in Chautauqua County. Our hospice care services are available to patients wherever they call home, including their own home, an assisted living facility, a nursing home or hospital. Talk with us to be sure your loved one is receiving the comprehensive hospice benefit covered in full by Medicare. In addition, our community-based palliative care is available to individuals with serious illnesses who may also be undergoing curative treatment. This specialized medical field focuses on pain management and symptom control for people with serious illnesses, like COPD, cancer or Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
