Giulio Rollo

Giulio Rollo currently serves as Legal Counsel at Mediobanca Premier since May 2023. Prior to this role, Giulio gained experience as a Junior Legal Counsel at Capgemini from May 2022 to April 2023 and worked as an Avvocato at Villa e associati STA a r.l. from August 2020 to January 2022, focusing on contract negotiations, intellectual property, and drafting judicial documents for civil proceedings. Giulio also completed a traineeship at the Corte di Appello di Milano from February 2019 to August 2020, where independent drafting of approximately 50 rulings in contract law, civil liability, and intellectual property was accomplished. Educational qualifications include a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a Postgraduate Degree in Music and Entertainment Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with additional training in legal education and communication.
