Yeo Kwan

Yeoht" has decades of leadership experience, with 23 years of active service with the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN). He retired as Lieutenant Commander (Lt Cdr) and has served as Chief Engineer Missile Corvette and Squadron Engineer Fast Attack Craft (Missile). He is passionate about training and has held appointment as Training Administrator and Developer in the Naval College

Yeoht" served in the corporate world as Assistant Director Quality Assurance (HSEQS) Cruise Industry and Marine Quality Advisor in the Oil and Gas Industry. He is highly experienced in engineering and safety compliance with his work onboard vessels and managing offshore assets.

He has had key roles related to design and compliance of Safety Management Systems. including security compliance under the International Safety Management Code (ISM) and International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (SPS).

Yeo holds a Master's in Business Management (MBA) and Degree (Hons) in Marine Engineering.

Professional Registered as Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineering Council UK and Chartered Manager (CMgr) with Chartered Management Institute UK.
