Sela Ferdman

Sela Ferdman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. Currently serving as a Generative AI Architect at Check Point Software since April 2024, Sela previously held the position of R&D Director at Orca Security from December 2020 to April 2024, leading initiatives in Cloud Detection and Response. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at CybeReady, where responsibilities encompassed software management for a security awareness platform, and R&D Group Manager for Advanced Threat Prevention at Check Point Software Technologies, overseeing product life cycle and strategy. Sela's earlier experience includes leadership roles at SpeedBit and Yoggie Security Systems, as well as software development positions at Broadcom and Paradigm. Sela holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
