In addition to their academic achievements, Kelly Ballou also holds certifications in strategic HR leadership from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, obtained in April 2022, and in human resources as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in July 2018.
