Tisha Winfield, MBA, CPP, SHRM-CP, CPTM has extensive expertise in payroll compliance and education. Currently serving as the Head of Education at Check since October 2020, Tisha is focused on bridging the gap between product offerings and payroll expertise. Prior to this role, Tisha worked at Gusto! as the Head of Payroll Compliance, where the mission centered on simplifying complex business tasks. Tisha's background includes significant positions at ADP, including Statutory Research Compliance Specialist I and Lead Statutory Analyst, providing critical support for payroll tax compliance across various systems. Tisha's career began at Paychex, holding multiple roles related to client services and tax supervision. Tisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University, along with a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
