Alexis Todero

Alexis Todero has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

Alexis started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at TD and later worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo in 2013.

In 2014, Alexis became a Staffing Manager at Robert Half before joining NRG Home Solar as a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter, where they focused on changing how people think about and use energy.

Alexis then joined TD as an AVP, SR Recruiter ll - Regional Retail Banking in 2016, where they were responsible for delivering legendary customer experiences.

In 2021, Alexis worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Commvault, where they led the recruitment efforts for Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing positions. Alexis also worked closely with the CMO to build out the director-level leadership team.

Later in 2021, they joined Salesforce as a Sales Recruiter. Their responsibilities included supporting the hiring for Commercial Account Executives in Healthcare & Life Sciences and leading the recruitment efforts for Commercial Account Executives within Marketing Cloud and Healthcare & Life Sciences on the East Coast. Alexis achieved significant hiring goals during their tenure at Salesforce.

Currently, Alexis is working at Checkmarx as a Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Partner, starting in 2023.

Alexis Todero completed their education at two different universities. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Montclair State University, where they pursued International Business. Alexis then transferred to Stockton University in 2010 and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
