Chris Merritt Cissp

Chris Merritt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the information security and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Support at Checkmarx since February 2017, Chris has held various leadership roles including VP of Solutions and Services Engineering Worldwide and Global Director of Professional Services. In addition to corporate leadership, Chris is the founder of Prolific Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm focused on information security. As an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond, Chris teaches a range of subjects including Java Programming and Information Security. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Information Systems, Security (in progress) from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master's degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
