Yair Bergman has extensive work experience in various technical support and leadership roles. Yair started their career in 1999, working as a Cultural Representative for The Walt Disney Company. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Ground Steward for EL AL Israel Airlines.

In 2007, Yair joined ClickSoftware as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for test planning and defect management. Yair later transitioned to a Support Engineer role, analyzing complex server-client environments and addressing critical customer issues. Yair then progressed to become a Senior Support Engineer, providing subject matter expertise for multiple company products. In 2015, Yair briefly served as a Senior Technical Solution Engineer before leaving ClickSoftware.

Yair then joined TUNE in 2015 as a Technical Support Engineer. Yair was subsequently promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they managed escalations and provided guidance to both customers and internal employees. As an Escalation Engineer, Yair served as a focal point for all issues forwarded to engineering during EMEA business hours.

Since 2018, Yair has been working at Checkmarx. Yair initially served as a Technical Support Engineer Tier 2, handling support cases and working with cross-functional teams. Yair then advanced to the role of Support Tier 2 Team Lead before taking on the position of EMEA-APAC Support Team Manager. In their current role, Yair leads a high-performing team of support engineers, manages complex support cases, and develops effective solutions for customers.

Throughout their career, Yair has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, leadership skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Yair Bergman pursued their education from 2001 to 2004 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Physics and Math. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "Managing Globally," "How to Be an Effective Remote Manager," and "Leading Global Organizations," which were received from LinkedIn in February and March 2023. In 2016 and 2017, Yair also earned certifications in app store analytics, attribution analytics, and as a qualified user in the ad network and publisher domains from TUNE.
