Jason Frantz

Jason Frantz is an experienced technical account manager and team lead at Zscaler, specializing in public and enterprise industries since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held several technical positions, including Technical Support Engineer 4 at Juniper Networks, where support was provided for the NFX Platform and Advanced Threat Protection services, and Sr. Customer Support Engineer at NetScout Systems, managing high-revenue customer accounts. Jason's earlier experience includes engineering roles related to SS7 network management at RNK Communications and BOSTON COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INC, along with positions at Lightship Telecom overseeing switch installations and troubleshooting.
