Shounak C

Shounak C is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Checkmate since April 2025, Shounak previously held the position of Head of Operations at Keeper from July 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Shounak was the Head of Business Operations at ONELIVE from August 2020 to June 2022 and contributed to EasyPost in multiple roles, including Head of Operations and Operations Manager, from October 2017 to July 2020. Shounak's career began at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Market Intelligence from August 2016 to August 2017. Educationally, Shounak holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, focusing on finance, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
