Julien Madar has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2014. In 2014, they co-founded TimeZone Ventures. In 2015, they were a Strategic Advisor for Clarosa, an Investor for Ysé (with an exit to Etam Group), an Investor for Laundrapp, and a Board Member and Finance & Strategy Advisor for Chefing. In 2016, they were an Investor for PayPlug (with an exit to BPCE). In 2017, they became Co-Fondateur & DG for Checkmyguest, and in 2018 they were an Investor for Adok. In 2019, they were an Investor for Innovorder, and in 2017 they were an Investor for Humon.
Julien Madar received their Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University in 2014. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Télécom Paris and earned a "Diplôme de Grande Ecole d'Ingénieur" in Engineering with a focus in Finance & Strategy. In 2011, they completed a Module ATHENS in Corporate Finance: Project Finance & Non Recourse Finance at Mines Paris. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Cercle Des Finances Publiques, studying Public Finances & Public Policy at the French National Assembly. Julien began their education in 2007 at Lycée Marcelin Berthelot, where they completed Classes Préparatoires in Mathematics and Physics.
