Rachel Yan

Rachel Yan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee relations across the APAC region. Currently serving as People Advisory Manager at Checkout.com since September 2020, Rachel previously held the role of Senior Talent Executive (HRBP) at Skyscanner from April 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end HR operations. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Compensation and Benefits Executive at Avnet, overseeing compensation and benefits projects across multiple APAC countries, and as an HR Generalist focusing on talent management processes. Rachel's career began with internships at AdCentive and Guoco Group, and educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with exchange programs at San Diego State University and Singapore Management University.
