Rami Makarem

Rami Makarem has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success, account management, and sales roles. Rami currently works as a Manager of Customer Success at Checkout.com, where they proactively manage and improves relationships with key merchants, updates clients on upcoming services and products, and works towards increasing revenue and improving the checkout experience. Prior to this, Rami worked as an Account Manager at Amazon, where they recruited selling partners and provided data-driven insights to optimize their success. Before that, they held roles at Amazon Payment Services, including Program Manager and Relationship Manager, where they developed strategic plans to enhance the journey for key merchants and managed relationships with existing key merchants. Rami also has experience in sales, having worked as a Sales Executive at Media Mak and in sales at Star Computers.

Rami Makarem obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Novelty Business Center N.B.C, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
