Rory Hughes

Rory Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rory started their career as an Intern Analyst at Barclays Capital in 2011. Rory then joined Barclays Investment Bank in 2012, where they held various software developer positions. Rory worked on projects related to cross asset risk platforms, commodities risk platform, and operations & cross product technology. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Vice President - UI Lead, and later became the Assistant Vice President - Senior Developer for the cross asset risk platform. Rory joined MarketInvoice in 2019 as a Senior Backend Engineer, before moving to Checkout.com in 2019. At Checkout.com, they first served as a Senior Engineer from November 2019 to April 2020, and then took on the role of Lead Engineer from May 2020 onwards.

Rory Hughes obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham during the period of 2008-2012.
