Christina Gallo

Christina Gallo, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career.

Starting in 2013, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated for three years. Following that, from 2016 to 2017, they served as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

In 2017, Gallo joined IBEX | Global as a Human Resource Specialist, where they stayed until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR operations and management.

From 2019 to 2021, Gallo worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Cultivate Premium Corporate Gifts, further honing their skills in HR.

In 2021, they joined Alchemer as a Human Resources Generalist, where they focused on HR strategies and employee relations.

Currently, starting in 2022, Gallo is working at Checkr, Inc. as an Associate HR Business Partner, where they collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.

Throughout their career, Gallo has demonstrated their expertise in HR and has continuously grown professionally in their various roles.

Christina Gallo, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organization and Innovation Management from Colorado State University, which they completed in 2016. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, specializing in Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Colorado State University Global and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, General, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Christina Gallo has also obtained various certifications. Christina received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute in March 2023.
