Jake Smith

Jake Smith's work experience includes several roles in various companies. In 2014, they co-founded RankR eSports and served as the CEO until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Marketing & Partner Relations Manager at Catalyst Esports Solutions. Jake then joined Bird in 2017 and held multiple positions, including Fleet Manager and Operations Specialist. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Operations Associate and Operations Platform Administrator at Bird. Jake then joined Universal Music Group as a Zendesk Administrator in 2020 and later became the Lead Zendesk Manager.
