Rebecca Rabison began their work experience as a Researcher at Wesleyan University in 2007. In 2008, they served as a Canvass Director for U.S. PIRG during the Obama 2008 campaign and later joined the Association for Energy Affordability, Inc. as a Service Designer, where they designed and managed a green jobs training program. In 2012, Rebecca interned at Google as a Strategy MBA Intern, where they developed the global education strategy for advertising agencies. The following year, they interned at Google again as a Data Analytics MBA Intern, using big data and SQL to segment and target small businesses.

Rebecca then joined Yale University as a UX Designer & Product Manager, designing a wearable medical device for epilepsy treatment. Rebecca also conducted UX research and led iterative prototyping. In 2014, they entered a rotational program at Opower, where they developed and implemented regulatory strategies and designed product features. Rebecca later became a Manager and, eventually, the Senior Manager of Client Success, owning software integration and leading a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts. Rebecca also served as the Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Client Success, overseeing the west coast Client Success team. Opower was acquired by Oracle in August 2016.

In 2019, Rebecca joined Checkr, Inc. as a Senior Product Designer and subsequently became a Product Design Manager, Senior Product Design Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Product Design. Rebecca grew the design team from 5 to 18 members, including product design, UX research, and content design. Rebecca is committed to expanding job access for people with criminal records, using technology to reduce bias in hiring.

Rebecca Rabison has a strong educational background in various fields. Rebecca completed their MBA with a specialization in Product Design at the Yale School of Management in 2014. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment. Prior to their graduate studies, Rebecca earned a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in 2008, majoring in Social Psychology with high honors.

In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skillset. Rebecca has completed courses in UX: Interaction Design and UX: UI Design from Designlab, as well as a certification in Visual Design from General Assembly.
