Associate Manager, Operations at Checkr

Taylor Hinds has a diverse work history spanning various roles and industries. They began their career at House Ready Services in 2013, working as a General Laborer and Assistant until 2015. From there, they transitioned to Hobby Lobby, where they held positions as a Sales/Framer and Stockman. In 2017, Taylor joined ADP, initially working in Operations Fulfillment before moving to Operations Quality Assurance, where they stayed until 2021. Their most recent employment is at Checkr, Inc., where they started as a Quality Assurance Associate and quickly advanced to the role of Quality Assurance Associate ll. As of September 2022, Taylor serves as the Compliance Operations Team Lead at Checkr, Inc.

Taylor Hinds attended Colorado State University Global from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a B.S. in Business Management with a specialization in Construction Management. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, Taylor attended Front Range Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a specialization in Business. In terms of additional certifications, Taylor obtained the FCRA Advanced Certificate from PBSA in April 2022 and the Project Management Foundations certificate from LinkedIn in March 2020.
