Molly DiCarlo has worked in the creative industry since 1993. Molly began their career as a Program Coordinator at the San Antonio Museum of Art and then moved to GSD&M as Creative Services in 1995. In 1999, they became a Graphic Designer at WestWayne and then moved to Starkwhite in 2001. In 2006, they started their own business, Studio Generosa, as an Owner and Designer. In 2013, they became Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Cheddar Up, where they created and managed the aesthetic aspects of the brand and culture, designed the user interface and experience, and collaborated with the Executive team to define and develop the Cheddar Up vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
Molly DiCarlo attended Trinity University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Molly'story. From 1991 to 1992, they participated in the Studies Abroad Program of Sweet Briar College at the Universidad de Sevilla, studying Spanish and Art Molly'story.
