Clare Cruz serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Chedraui USA since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment for over 24,000 associates across more than 376 stores and 3 distribution centers. Prior to this role, Clare held the same position at Smart & Final from October 2014 until its acquisition by Bodega Latina in December 2022, during which Clare developed and maintained corporate recruiting policies for the Smart & Final corporate office and 250+ retail locations. Clare is an alumnus of Napa Valley College.
