Lily Harada

Lily Harada has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lily started their career at Smart & Final in 1998, where they worked as a Sr. Compensation Analyst until 2000. Lily then took on the role of Compensation Manager from 2000 to 2002, followed by the position of Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS from 2002 to 2005. Lily then became the Corp. Director of Human Resources at Smart & Final in 2005. In 2022, they joined Chedraui USA as the Corporate Director of Human Resources.

Lily Harada holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and a BS in International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. Lily also has certifications as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, as well as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from the Plan Sponsor Council of America.
