Dima Paltsev

Dima Paltsev is a Co-Founder and CFO at Cheelcare, with previous experience as a Partner at Stratum Capital. Before that, Paltsev served as a Board Member and Director of Strategic Development at Caspian Energy Group. Furthermore, Paltsev holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute.
