Ron Slater

Ron Slater has extensive experience in the transportation and technology sectors. Currently serving as a CDL A Truck Driver at Cheema Freightlines, LLC since April 2023, Ron has previously held similar roles at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., TransForce, TCI Transportation, and Werner Enterprises, accumulating a solid background in long-haul trucking. Prior to transitioning to the trucking industry, Ron worked in IT roles, including Desktop Support Technician at Burlington Stores, Field Service Technician at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and Help Desk Analyst positions at Keck Hospital of USC and Electronic Data Systems. Ron's education includes training at Roadmaster Drivers School and Computer Learning Center.
