Swapnil Patkar

Swapnil Patkar has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, IT security, and information security. Currently, they are working at Cheers Interactive as the Head of IT Infrastructure. Prior to this, they were employed at Thomas Cook India Limited, where they held various positions including General Manager IT, Senior Manager IT, and Manager-IT. In these roles, they were responsible for managing global IT infrastructure, implementing IT projects, and overseeing datacenter and email server administration. Swapnil also worked as a Technical Lead at Reliance Communications.

From 2012 to 2014, Swapnil attended Welingkar Institute of Management, where they obtained a PGDM degree in E-Business.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of Mumbai and earned a Bsc IT degree in Information Technology.

Earlier in their education, from 1998 to 2001, Swapnil enrolled at the Board of Technical Education (BTE) and completed a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication. This program focused on Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Swapnil has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In May 2020, they completed the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamental certification. Swapnil also earned the Cyberoam Certified Network Security Professional certification from Cyberoam in February 2015. Furthermore, they obtained the Fortinet NES2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in May 2020.
