Derek Mullins possesses a diverse background in project management and continuous improvement within the food industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Cheese Merchants since July 2022, Derek previously contributed to Mullins Food Products from February 2018 to March 2022 as a Continuous Improvement Analyst, where responsibilities included enhancing plant efficiency and cost reduction through the implementation of an OEE data collection system. Additional experience includes serving as a Shift Manager, overseeing plant operations, and as a Maintenance Technician at Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, complemented by roles in guest services. Derek is an alumnus of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
