Marcelo Gracietti

Marcelo Gracietti is the CEO of Cheesecake Labs. Marcelo has a background in engineering, specifically running Cased Hole Wireline Services. Marcelo has supervised operations both on remote land wells and on Ultra-Deepwater environment, including High Profile Pre-Salt wells. Marcelo has also been responsible for training new employees on QHSE and Oilfield Operations. In 2016-H1, they were the Top QHSE reporter in Latin America.

Marcelo Gracietti started their educational career with a LEAD Certificate Program in Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Marcelo then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Automation and Information System Engineer from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna as an exchange student on scholarship. Marcelo continued their education with another Master's degree in Automation and Information System Engineer from Grenoble INP - Ense3, again as an exchange student on scholarship. Marcelo Gracietti completed their Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from UFSC. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in Diploma of Advanced French Language Studies (DALF), the Instituto Cervantes in Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE), and the University of Cambridge in Certificate in Advanced English (CAE).
