Syed Nokhaiz has a work experience that spans over several companies and roles. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Customer Care Representative at Nestlé Waters. The following year, in 2018, they joined ibex. Pakistan as a Customer Relations Officer, a position they held until December 2020. In 2021, they transitioned to Cheetay, where they initially served as a Customer Support Officer and later became an Escalation Support Executive.

Syed Nokhaiz completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting from the University of the Punjab from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate degree in I.Com from Punjab College from 2014 to 2016. Syed Nokhaiz's education journey began with Matric in Computer Science from DPS Model Town, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
