Douglas Scagliola has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Chef Driven Restaurant Group since October 2015. Prior to this role, Douglas held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Bayshore Company from November 2013 to October 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Charley's Steak House from July 2009 to October 2013, General Manager at Chef Hubert Keller Sleek Steak House/Burger Bar from February 2008 to July 2009, General Manager at Sierra Gold Golden Gaming from May 2005 to February 2008, and Manager/Sommelier at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House from November 1995 to May 2005. Douglas graduated from Honeoye Falls-Lima with a NY State Regents Diploma, specializing in Business, Math, and Science, between 1990 and 1994.
