Florin S. Iancu is an accomplished operations leader in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Chef Driven Hospitality since February 2023, Iancu previously held the same position at Monte Carlo Hospitality Group from July 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include General Manager at S.A.Hospitality Group for Felice Chambers, Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager at Sant Ambroeus Madison Avenue, and Restaurant Manager at aVoce Columbus and Nino's 1st Avenue. Iancu earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universitatea „Hyperion” din București between 1995 and 1999.
