Kim van der Zande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2009, they began their career as an Online Campaign Manager at Blue Mango Interactive, working with clients such as Vodafone and Volkswagen. Kim then moved on to roles such as Optimizer and Head of R&D, focusing on data analysis and innovation within the digital marketing field. In 2012, they became the Chief Commercial Officer at FLXone, which was later acquired by Teradata. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Mapp Digital, initially as the Head of Center of Excellence DMP and later as the Director of DMP Sales. In 2018, they joined Floryn as the Sales Director. Kim then founded SCALR.nl in 2019, before co-founding CHEFSTBL in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Growth at NeoDay.
Kim van der Zande has a solid educational background in psychology. From 2003 to 2008, Kim attended Tilburg University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Economic Psychology, graduating with honors (Cum laude).
