Michelle Fisher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of the Enterprise Program Management Office at Chegg Inc. since August 2022, Michelle leads a diverse team, fostering accountability and excellence while implementing Agile methodologies to enhance product delivery. Prior roles include Senior Director of Program Management at both Lucid and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where Michelle established vital program management functions and improved operational performance. With a background that includes leadership positions at Bose Corporation, School Improvement Network, Clearplay International, and project management roles at Hadlow College and Artel Stargate Media, Michelle has consistently driven strategic initiatives, cross-departmental collaboration, and continuous improvement in organizations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Video Technology from Durban University of Technology and a foundation degree in Business Management from the University of Greenwich, along with certifications from PMI and Platinum Edge.
