Theresa Crafts possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in education and human resources, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Chelmsford Public Schools and an Elementary & Middle School Technology Instructor at Saint Patrick School & Education Center. Alongside these roles, Theresa has held positions at Lowell General Hospital as a Wellness Coordinator and HR Project Coordinator, focusing on wellness program management and project coordination. Previous experience includes user experience design and information architecture roles at companies such as Fidelity Investments and The Big Studio, LLC, where Theresa led design projects and conducted usability studies. Academically, Theresa holds an MBA in Project Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas, complemented by an experience at the Universidad de Salamanca.
