Graham Smith

Graham Smith has held various roles in ticketing and membership management within the football industry for over 20 years. Since September 2004, Graham has been with Chelsea Football Club, progressing from Membership Manager to Call Centre Manager and currently serving as the Head Of Ticketing. Prior to this, from August 2000 to September 2004, Graham worked at Millwall Football Club as Ticket Office Manager and Ticket Office Assistant Manager, demonstrating a strong background in ticket operations and customer service.
