Joanne Stone McIpd

Joanne Stone MCIPD is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in sports and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Chelsea Football Club since January 2022, Joanne previously held the position of HR Director at Sodexo Sports & Leisure from September 2015 to December 2021, and has also served in various HR roles within Sodexo and Delaware North Companies. Notable achievements include successfully managing the staffing for large-scale events at Wembley Stadium and leading induction programs for over 700 staff at BNY Mellon. Joanne holds a PGCert in Human Resources from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a B.A. (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
