Paul Quilter

Paul Quilter is a seasoned performance analyst currently serving as the Senior First Team Performance Analyst at Chelsea Football Club since July 2011. Previous roles include First Team Performance Analyst and Match Analysis and Recruitment Assistant, along with an internship in First Team Analysis. Early in their career, Paul held the position of First Team Performance Analyst at Aldershot Town Football Club and Performance Analyst at Luton Town Football Club, where responsibilities included video analysis and statistical reporting for First Team matches. Additionally, Paul has experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Brighton Tsunami and as a Sport Scientist at Eastbourne Borough Football Club. Their academic background includes an MSc and BSc in Sport Science from the University of Brighton.
