Ilan Elkabetz

Ilan Elkabetz, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chelsea Investment Corporation since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ilan worked at Jewish Family Service of San Diego from March 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included the execution of the new hire process, facilitating orientations, assisting with recruitment, and coordinating employee terminations. Ilan also supported payroll functions and compliance with audits. Earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Assistant at Burger Lounge and a tenure as a Tennis Coach at Northridge Tennis Patrons. Ilan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University.
