Kate Tewksbury

Kate Tewksbury currently serves as a Business Development Manager and previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Chelsea Piers since May 2023. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Business Development Associate at Chelsea Piers Fitness from September 2022 to June 2023. Between July 2020 and June 2022, Kate was the Head Teacher at Zeta Charter Schools and a 2020 Corps Member with Teach For America, where Kate was selected from a highly competitive group of applicants to teach in under-resourced public schools while pursuing a Master's degree at Relay Graduate School of Education. Earlier experiences include a Campus Ambassador role with the New York State Senate and a legislative internship with Open Society Foundations. Educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University, and a Master's in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education.
